Work life is increasingly a complex series of projects.  So, “multi-tasking” has increasingly become a part of our vocabularies. Often times, people are expected to perform on multiple projects simultaneously and deliver everything within budget and schedule.

This is the great myth of multi-tasking: that all projects can be delivered on-time with resources that are spread across a handful of distinct initiatives.  Until now, there have been few – if any – resources designed to consider the productivity impact of assigning people to multiple projects.

This is one core reason that many projects suffer overruns -- we've had to come to grips with it for ourselves and our clients. But, working on multiple projects is not going the way of the dodo bird. So, the ability of corporations to measure and manage the impacts of this environment is becoming more and more crucial.

We present tools and techniques to help you account for and manage the impact of multi-tasking.
